Ready Steady Cook at NSA Sheep 2008
Ready Steady Cook, a competition styled on the popular TV series will be featured at NSA Sheep 2008, the UK industry's biennial business to business event to be held at the Three Counties Show Ground, Malvern on Wednesday 30 July and staged by the National Sheep Association and co-organiser, the Three Counties Agricultural Society.

The spectacle which is scheduled to be staged twice during the event and sponsored by ASDA, will feature four well known NSA members and sheep farmers, Peter Delbridge, Devon; George Milne, Fife; Hans Poerksen, Northumberland and Anthony Mears, Powys. The audience will be invited to vote for which chef they rate best.

"Ready Steady Cook has proved to be a highly applauded TV programme and we are confident that our new customised version featuring solely lamb will be equally popular," says NSA chairman, Jonathan Barber. "Apart from offering a new light hearted aside from the main business of the event, the venture which has gained support from three national levy boards, will provide a great opportunity to promote lamb, kindly donated by ASDA."
